I’ve been plugging away at a few projects since Christmas. I started one on Christmas Day that I can’t show yet; and I’ve got two more on the needles now, too.
Perhaps you did not know this about me, but I have startitis. I really enjoy starting new projects. If you’ll recall, I started seven for the Ravelympics (and am proud to say they have all been finished for a couple months). I am not really sure it is possible for me to just work on one project at a time. So right now I have three projects in various states of completion.
The first is Arrrrlene’s belated Christmas gift, the Princess Snowball Cat Bed. I’m pretty sure I’m going to run out of yarn but she’ll love it even if it is ugly.

I’ve started going somewhat regularly to a knitting night a couple times a month; the group is doing a KAL (knit along) for the Lace Ribbon Scarf; I bought a cashmere/silk blend laceweight from an Etsy yarn recycler whose account has since disappeared. But the yarn is lovely, and the scarf should be too. I cast on 9 fewer stitches (one less lace repeat) than the pattern calls for.

Turning out much better than my bagels.

I am sure Arrrlene will love her gift! I love the color.
I love the scarf pattern!
You are the knitting queen….
