I never posted the projects I actually finished this month!
I couple months ago, I gathered bunches of plastic bags from our porch (enclosed, used for storage – not the homey kind with a swing) and made plarn and then made a bag loosely following hakucho’s big bag pattern – this is what I got:
It’s great for groceries – it’s pretty stretchy and I’m kind of amazed at how much stuff I can shove in there.

I wanted to make slippers for my dad for Christmas; so I knitted them up and felted them in the wash with a few other projects and some towels.
It seems I overfelted them. I don’t see these fitting on my pop’s feet, so I guess I have some new slippers (please don your protective eyewear before looking directly at the legs – they didn’t see sun this year).

I’m told one of my nephews has gotten the idea that I’m a pirate (it’s a long story), and so he’s getting this for Christmas:

And, finally, I completed my first pair of socks. These are for putzing around the house in the cold this winter (and thanks to my felting issue, I can choose between these and slippers):

Those are all great! Love the eye patch. That bag is awesome!

You big bag is awesome! It always amazes me just how much stuff will fit in mine….sometimes to my detriment
